Terms of Service Agreement
Underground Machine Detailing – Dallas Fort Worth
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Underground Machine Detailing (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) and the client (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By scheduling or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
The Company provides professional automotive detailing services including, but not limited to: VIP Complete Detailing (interior & exterior), Polishing & Paint Correction, Premium Protection & Shine, Deep Interior Cleaning, Premium Wash & Wheel Detailing, and Maintenance Packages. Additional services such as engine cleaning, pet hair removal, or deep stain treatment are available at extra cost.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or neglect may result in additional charges. Deposits may be required for premium packages or corporate contracts.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer must remove personal belongings before the service. The Company is not liable for items left in the vehicle. The Customer must disclose pre-existing damages or conditions that may affect the detailing process.
4. Liability Disclaimer
While we take the utmost care in every service, the Company is not responsible for pre-existing damages, defects, or wear. The Company is not liable for mechanical, electrical, or technical issues that arise during or after the service. Services are cosmetic and do not guarantee permanent protection.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
6. Service Guarantee
We guarantee services are performed to the highest professional standards. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review and possible correction.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
The Company collects client information (name, phone, email, vehicle details) solely to provide services and manage appointments. Customer data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and apply immediately upon publication.
